New Head Baseball Coach (formerly Assistant Coach)

Kurt Lippert, previously an Assistant Coach with the Bethesda Flames, has been promoted to Head Baseball Coach after demonstrating exceptional leadership and commitment over the past few seasons. Lippert has worked closely alongside outgoing Head Coach Marcos Bugarin, supporting the program with recruiting, player development, and daily operations.

During this transition year, Kurt has continued to collaborate with Coach Bugarin, ensuring continuity for players and staff as the program moves forward. His years as assistant and strong rapport with the team made him the natural choice to step into the head coach role.
