Victorious Day For Men's and Women's Soccer On Their 'Senior Day'

ANAHEIM, Calif. - It couldn't be a better day for Bethesda men's and women's soccer teams as both teams finished their last home games of the season against St. Katherine with cogent wins. Women's soccer game was quite intense, and both teams were giving each other hard time with constant focus on aggressive offense. The Lady Flames took leaders' position and managed to hold it until the end of the game, finishing it with a 6-3 score. The scorers of the day were - Zury Ontiveros, Karina Rodriguez, Naima Escobar, Brenda Silva, Crystal Rocha, and The Lady Flames senior Diana Astorga.  

With the amazing turnround in the middle of the season, Bethesda Men's soccer team keeps surprising everyone with their incredible focus and desire to join the NCCAA Tournament. Even though there was a slight struggle within the Flames, they were dominating the whole game and finished it with the score 11-0 against St. Katherine. The scorers of the day were - Jesus Rojas with 3 goals, Diogo Pereira with 2 goals, Andre Morris with 2 goals, Bo Seung Kim with 2 goals, Jae Hyeok with a goal, and Tae Young Kim with a goal.  

The Bethesda University wants congratulate our seniors, Diana Astorga and Daniel Carrillo, for their hard work and dedication throughout the seasons at the Bethesda University and their positive and motivational presence on and off the field.
