ANAHEIM, Calif. - Former Flames' Baseball Assistant coach Ramssey Ochoa has returned to Behtesda University to take the helm of the baseball program for the upcoming 2017-18 season. He takes over for Garrett Trevino who led the Flames to an appearance in the 2017 World Series. "Trevino did a great job with our program and kept our winning tradition. We will miss him but wish him all the best as he pursues other opportunities" said Director of Athletics, Leo Balayon.
Ochoa was a part of the coaching staff of the 2016 Flames team that made it to the NCCAA world series national championship game. Coach Ramssey is already working full speed with scheduling and recruitmemt to start the journey. "We are glad to have landed a coach with a proven track record as a recruiter and winner. We look forward to this coming baseball season" said Balayon.
